It has been a total pleasure dealing with Conley Subaru. You and your team 
are the most polite car dealers anyone could imagine. For a variety of 
reasons, my wife and I wanted to trade in her 2008 Forester for a new one. 
Our Forester had fairly high mileage. We are aware of and most impressed by

all of the accolades this vehicle has received. When we started our

search via the internet, you were, by far, the most responsive dealer in

terms of quickly and accurately responding to emails. You even stepped

out of a seminar to answer a follow up question on the difference

between the Premium and the Limited. You were totally flexible in terms

of setting a time to meet us and you were personally available at the

appointed time without delay. You accepted the fact without any pressure

that this deal would not be done in a day and not without full due

diligence on our part.  In our meetings, you answered or secured an

answer that was both clear and responsive to all of our questions. When

it came down to the bottom line, you sharpened your pencil and beat all

other offers and put us in a better car than we initially

envisioned----a 2010 Limited. Every step of the way, we were dealt with

courteously and respectfully. There was no patronizing, evasive answers

or inconsistencies that one finds with certain dealers. You also have a

great location and very expansive service hours. Finally, you show all

of the positive features of a family owned business with folks who are

personally invested in what they do. Bravo; for delivering a great car

with a fantastic experience!
